Marketing always begins with the customer. So let’s go back to the basics and start again from there.
If you could only focus on attracting one segment of the potential market for your coworking space, who would it be and why?
I’ll give you an example.
Let’s say you are currently focused on attracting freelancers and startups to your coworking space. Your website, social media, and advertising all say the same thing, and it sounds something like this:
“We are a coworking space for freelancers and startups located in [City].
Great. Now, if you were forced to choose only one of those two groups—freelancers or startups—who would it be and why?
For the next few days, I’m going to focus on this point, so I hope you’ll play along.
