Did you know about my coworking podcast? đź‘€
Hey, Kevin here.
Shh, don’t tell my podcast partner, Taylor, about this, but I haven’t sent a single email to tell you about our now 11-episode deep podcast called 2 Marketers and a Coworking Podcast.
Which is wild, but true. Life comes at you quickly!
We originally set out to do 10 episodes, but realized quickly it was way too fun to stop there. Our first ten episodes were the two of us taking turns going deep on a marketing topic.
There have been more than a few laughs and an shameful number of analogies (mostly from me), but now we’re starting to take on victims guests to join us in our discussions of all things coworking and marketing.
We dropped our first guest interview with Cat Johnson yesterday, and have recorded ones in the wings with Jamie Russo, Reuben Lau, and Hector Kolonas, with more leaders in the space being announced soon.
Here’s a handy list of what you’ve missed during my email hiatus so you can dive into the topics most interesting to you:
#1: Ready, Fire, Aim – Introducing 2 Marketers and a Coworking Podcast
We hit record and explain why we started this show—what coworking marketing is, how to think strategically, when to DIY vs outsource, and why “done > perfect.”

We break down the ten KPIs that actually matter for coworking spaces—like cost per lead, churn, LTV, channel performance—and how to track them (spoiler: spreadsheets win). Plus, Taylor’s earthquake fear, Mark Whalburg, and a… soup analogy.
