How It Works
- During the first month, I’ll do a deep-dive discovery and analysis of your current marketing.
- As information becomes clear, we’ll develop a working marketing strategy document.
- Equipped with the findings of our initial discovery process and strategy process, we’ll create a 6-month roadmap, define your goals, determine KPIs, and allocate a budget.
- For the following months, we will systematically build out each area of your marketing in order of priority. The faster we can implement, the more we can do.
- During our engagement, you may send proposals, work drafts, supplier reports, marketing materials, and designs for me to review for feedback when required.
- You will have direct access to my network of marketing specialists when needed to help build your team. To remain neutral, I don’t mark up nor take a commission from anyone I refer to you.
- You will receive a detailed marketing analytics report to help you understand your data and make better decisions with it.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a KPI spreadsheet to maintain clarity on our numbers.

The Empire Program is customized to your specific needs. It starts at US$5,000/month with a minimum 6-month engagement to start. Final pricing is determined by the size of your business and complexity of your requirements.
